There is a leaderboard posted on the website that displays the top holders of the meme coin in real time. Various details, including who is allowed to attend, the dress code, and many more, are included.
After some controversy, the project’s official X page posted some clarification. It stated that there was no minimum $300K requirement, and that they were not unlocking the remaining coins during this competition.
Backlash
Senator Jon Ossoff has threatened to launch an impeachment motion following the dinner announcement. He has criticized the move as access selling.

Since the announcement about the dinner, $TRUMP has seen life breathed into it, rising 53.07% in the past week to $13.67 as of April 29, 2025. Over the past month, the price has risen 35.35%.
The meme coin is trading at an 81.69% discount to its all-time high of $75.35 on January 19, 2025. Since its all-time low of $1.21 on January 18, 2025, the price has soared 1,041.9%.
