Other Q4 Highlights

In Q4 Guess? reported an 18.2% decline in adjusted earnings from operations to $106.5 million, while the adjusted operating margin fell to 11.4% from 14.6% the previous year, primarily due to higher ad expenses, higher expenses, and store costs.

The Europe segment saw a decline in operating margin to 15.4% from 18% the previous year. Guess? also saw the Americas Retail segment saw operating margin decline to 8.9% from 15% the previous year.

Guess? reported a 29.5% YoY decline in full-year earnings from operations to $179.5 million, while full-year adjusted operating margin fell to 6% from 9.2% in fiscal 2024. The board approved a dividend of $0.30 for Q4’25. Guess? bought back $60.3 million worth of shares in fiscal 2025, leaving a capacity of $139.8 million under the $200 million share buyback program approved on March 25, 2024.
