Capital Allocation

In Q4, SAIC spent $163 million in capital, comprising $130 million in share buybacks, $18 million in cash dividends, and $15 million in CapEx.

For the full year, SAIC deployed $638 million worth of capital, comprising $527 million in share buybacks, $75 million in dividends, and $36 million in CapEx.

SAIC declared a dividend of $0.37 for the fourth quarter, and plans to continue with dividend issuances in fiscal 2026.

Fiscal 2026 Forecast

For the full year fiscal 2026, SAIC expects revenue of $7.6 billion to $7.75 billion, beating estimates of $7.63 billion at the midpoint. It expects an adjusted EPS of $9.10 to $9.30, beating forecasts of $8.85 at the midpoint.

Backlog And Contracts Awarded

Q4 net booking stood at $1.3 billion, for a book to bill ratio of around 0.7. Full-year net booking came in at $6.6 billion, for a book to bill ratio of around 0.9. The company had a backlog of around $21.9 billion at the end of the year, with $3.4 billion of that funded.
