The convertible senior notes, described as unsecured senior obligations, will bear interest paid semi-annually and mature on March 15, 2030. MicroStrategy has outlined specific terms for redeeming, repurchasing, or converting the notes into cash, shares, or a combination thereof, depending on predetermined conditions and timeframes leading up to September 15, 2029.
